    Alex adopts a very person-centred approach by listening and responding to what you need. I reached out when I had tendinopathy. Alex has helped me work on my mobility and get back to cycling again without any pain.

    This was through a combination of 1-1 whatsapp calls, group zoom sessions, and helpful tips, Alex has opened me up to the possibility of working out at home rather than at gym - building exercise and movement into my daily lifestyle.

The whole concept of virtual sessions works really well for me and Alex makes sure to take the time to coach me through movement, suggesting ways of improving posture and balance.

    Also, as someone with a back problem, l've always been hyper cautious about working out but Alex has gone out of his way to make sure that the sessions we have challenge me, whilst also taking into account my physical limitations.

    Unlike other PT from the get go, Alex focused on form and getting know my body. The foundation that Alex has given me I now take to everyone workout or class I go to and I make sure that I am listening to my body and doing movements correctly.
